My name is Jody-Ann Moulton-Scarlett and I am the owner and pastry chef of this amazing bakery! We specialize in unique gourmet pastries for all occasions and promise you an unforgettable gastronomical experience.

I am blessed to have the support of my husband, Osane, in the management and operation of the bakery. A medical doctor by profession, Osane is affectionately called Dr. Fondant as he is the genius behind all handmade fondant work for all our orders.

"At age 8, I got my first ever piece of Toto from mama and that experience planted the seed that grew to officially become Mumzel's Gourmet Pastries on my birthday 19 years later"

In essence, Mumzel's Gourmet Pastries is the combination of the experience I had eating my grandmother's pastry and the wealth of knowledge I've gained in baking for many years to create pastries that will ensure an unforgettable experience is left in the minds of my customers that will remain with them long after their first bite!
